Hammered help?

[Broken knee]

This coin is in bad shape, I can see 1741 and to the left of the date is a dot then the letter V
on the other side I can only see an E for sure and possibly a D or an O that's it?
It is slightly larger than a dime and very thin. What could this be Thanks

My guess would be a William 111 sixpence, these were notouriusly thin, and would often be used for a love token over here (bent into S shape) but the date would be wrong for that?

Yeah, it's hard to tell with all of the wear, but thats the closest thing I could find.
