I dunno ...pic number 3 kinda looks like the peck and grind pitting .... I wouldn't rule out hand tool without closer inspection
It might work for fleshing animal skins.

Here’s an axe head I found a few years ago .... it has a similar rounded profile / shape to it but there is still several key features that a usable axe needs like a groove for hafting a handle and a decent bit end that would cut well this one weighs 8lbs so imagine it needed a long handle to properly use

That is an artifact, it is a 3/4 groove ax.
