Just picked this up because it was signed is it worth something or garbage I think signature is de celis

I'm no expert but have researched like items for others.Likely it is tourist trade item possibly aimed at u.s. servicemen stationed there.only other possibility is it was made to sit atop a display of actual ewers in a shop setting.De Celis(one L)would be more desireable

Would it have value
