I just got home from a great three day digging trip with Carolina Tom, Mangum, and Damnails. We had a fantastic trip. We spent three days at my mountain cabin and hunted several places that did not disappoint. I'll post a picture of all our finds but I'll let them tell their own story. They all found some outstanding finds! I probably had the least success but couldn't have had more fun. We ate like pigs three meals a day, enjoyed a few drinks and told some great stories. The weather was threatening but work out fine. The boys are on the road south and I hate to see them go.
I managed a few CW bullets, shoe buckle pieces, a very old pewter button, pewter spoon handle, brass buckles and a few other things. I eyeballed what the guys think may be a scrapper or knife. Let me know what you think of that.
The last few days went by in a blink of an eye and we are already thinking of next year. Happy Easter to everyone and thanks for looking.

Looks like a great hunt with some friends Relic Nut. I am going with knife blade on your stone, because of the length and the one narrow end seems to have a notch carved on the one side. (unless it was coincidentally broken off there).

Btw/ that Native American artifact is really sweet, I hope someone can shed some light on what it is. I still think it would be sweet with a handle!
