Hi all, Mirage said that my partner and I should name our new hunt site. So we picked Happy Trails. From time to time I will have updates on this spot.

My partners name is Gary and he and I had a very special day today. We thought Friday was a great day, heck we had just as good a day today.

I am posting two pictures of my finds. Gary also found just as much, his finds include 6 silver quarters, 5 mercury dimes, 5 silver Roosevelt's, 1 barber dime, 1 buffalo nickel, and 20 wheat pennies. I don't have any dates for his coins.

I found this beautiful Lady 1942 Standing Liberty Half Dollar, a standing Liberty 1929 quarter, 1935, and 1951 s quarters. Silver dimes include Mercury's 1929, 1941 D, 1942 S, 1944, Rosevelets, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1950, 1950 D, 1951, 1953 D, 1958 D. Two War nickels dated 1944 D and 1944 P. Also found one St Christopher and one Virgin Mary pins.

In the second picture I found 34 Wheat pennies.

Wow, What a day. Thanks for looking at our post and hope your day was just as good.

P.S. We also ate lunch in the field, MRE's and pears, detector is at the side, ACE 250

Nice finds!

Yes you are right, but my feet were cold and I couldn't bend over anymore. So we decided to go back tomorrow and see what we find. Us older guys have to replenish our power supply haha. But we did hunt over 5 hours.

Thanks for all your replies and keep hunting, your hot spot is just around the corner. HH,Ringfinder

I get to find a site like that first Nana. I never get tired of looking at a beautifull walking half. Congrats on the great finds.

GAH OMG Happy Trails is right. AWESOME digs.

My favorite the Walker, and driving me nuts plenty of the silver quarters that I am yet to find. SLQ...wow loads of stuff. Great digs indeed.

Be looking forward to the other posts of that site. I hope this is just a tip of the "Iceburg" so to say.

THOSE MRE'S SURE BRING BACK SOME MEMORIES

Outstanding! Man, I thought Dan and I had a hotspot! Doesn't look like your spot is thinning out any.

That standing liberty is great - it's a beautiful coin with all the details and a date. ;D Walkers are fun too. Nothing like big silver.

Great finds but I would have rather eaten that ace rather than the jambalaya.

Happy Trails indeed!! Congrats you two! A dream spot.
What a haul of pretty ladies and dead presidents. Awesome!!
Looking forward to seeing more from this site of yours.

Smiles!
