Hard Times Token?...if so, what year?

24mm OD. 3.2 grams. Sorry about the pictures, but they are actually pretty good because this thing is wasted...I believe it is a Hard Times token for sure, but any help positively IDing it and pinpointing the year would be appreciated.

I think maybe it reads "Andrew Jackson" (?) and at 24 mm perhaps some kind of commemorative token - like this as an example-

Andrew Jackson "Hero of New Orleans" Token. 24mm, brass, with Jackson portrait and "Genl. Andrew Jackson" on the obverse; oak laurel and "Hero of New Orleans" on the reverse. Front worn, back especially else good.
