Has any1 ever heard of of this place?

ok a few years back my brother told me about some carvings on a rock. long story short, so i went there and looked at it my self. it said Eureka gun club 1859. now its rite where an old town used 2 exist BUT the towns name was Straight and the town wasn't established until 50 or so years later, (after 1859) any idea's? thanx P.S. its in pennsylvania.

I found Eureka listed in a 1889 atlas in
Montgomery county with a population
of 125. No exact location.

Apart from all the gold mines and Aristotle, I've heard of,
Eureka Stockade, history from our West Island, fondly known as Australia, comes to mind.
ol' goog found me a local who has witnessed the re-enactment of the clash.
