How long do you normally metal detect? I have a set-up that lasts for 6 hours ($89), I have used mine for 18 hours so far, they work great, just wish they'd last more than 6 hours. I normally hunt for about 6 hours a day except for some weekend days in the summer. They work with all headphones.

They also have a headphone and wireless adapter that lasts for 8 hours ($149.95)

Is it easy to hook up? I'm like you I metal detect 5 days a week....average 6 hours a day.
Awesome are those headphones good? I was gonna buy some Sunrays but if they're good I'll just buy a set

I have the set in the 1st picture since I already had a few sets of headphones. Gift from Santa a month ago This time of year I use my Black Widows and in the hotter months I use a cheap $4.99 pair. I have no first hand knowledge of the headphones in the bottom pic. All the items I showed recharge via USB cables that come with the items. You can always go cheaper but may experience a slight lag from what I understand from watching some videos.

I like over the ear headphones. I want some good ones.
Where do you buy those that are in the picture?

just google Deteknix W6 Pro Full Size Wireless Headphones

I've run the Deteknix wireless over ten hours without a problem. I use the double smart phone charger in the truck and within fifteen minutes they're ready to.

I have the Deteknix W3 and they work fine for me. The battery life is OK for me as I can not stay out longer than 4 hours due to back problems. I had problems with the first pair that I had would shut off during use. I contacted Deteknix and sent them back. They sent me a new pair and they have worked just fine. I think they need to come up with a new power scheme such as an AAA battery for both transmit and receive units so the units cuold last for more than 6 hours of use. Garrett is fixing to release their version of these and they are said to last at least 20 hours. I many save my pennies and get me a pair of them to try.

I have a pair of wireless Sony earphones that go over my ears which I like. I'm wondering if they will pare up to those?
