Hello everybody...it seems to be partially covered by matting,but ledgible enough to do some searching&i have came up short.doe's it look familiar to anyone? it is a watercolor/pastel.it could be a local artist(i havn't looked into that yet)because of store stamp,but this store closed it's doors pre 1930,it's at least old&cool!any info. will be greatly appreciated!
