Has anyone ever heard of Joseph Mikulec?

I found this the other day, it's a souvenier from Joseph Mikulec champion walker of Croatia.
As it turns out, he was some dude that walked all over the world wearing out shoes and collecting
autographs from famous people of the day. It's pretty beat up, but it's kind of cool anyway. The back has a bunch of writing on it that I can't make out. Good luck in all your hunts.
