Has anyone tried atlantic city N.J. casinos

Hello all I am new to this board.
was thinking about trying atlantic city with the half dollar rolls search.

noticed the last time I was down there with my wife on her birthday in janury, we went to the showboat buffa & gambled a little.
well I have not been down there for a while but I noticed a lot of machines took bills instead of change and when I cashed out a small paper coupon came out of the machine with the amount on it, had to cash that in to get cash.
Is this something all casinos have now or only certin ones.

I don't believe all the machines were like that but the poker machines we played were & few dollar slots also we played.
well I have been collecting 90 percent silver pre 1964 dollars halfs dimes proof sets mint sets eagles etc. for few years now have a nice amount never did the roll search thing, thought about it.

I dont know if any more slots at AC use Half Dollars. The Sands did and they closed maybe 6 months ago. The last time I was there, I found a single silver coin per about $700 dollars searched. Most of what i did find were 64's. Ive done much better at other casinos, though now all the ones close to me no longer have halves. oh well.There was one casino that I could get about 8 - 20 silver coins in 2 hours. They no longer use coins. Times are a changing.
