Thanks Mike. Sorry for the delay bro - been working and it got away from me. I've used Whites for over 20 years. Bought my 1st Minelab Explorer from Mike just recently. I've used it only once so I have a lot to learn about it. Its much too hot to detect right now!

Would imagine it will be quite different for you, but I think you'll see enough good to keep at it. When I switched to an Explorer it literally gave me headaches but seeing what the detector could do kept me going. (and that's what it could do even when I really didn't know what I was doing)

Insanely different. A lot of my sites were already planted by the time I got it so I had to settle for one that I beat to death for years with the XLT and DFX. I came out of there with buttons and buckle pieces on my first day so thats really impressive for the switch, i think. I saved my tweaked program and will start from there when I get back out this fall.
