It's got Greek lettering on it, I can see that much.

An historic area, Bithynia; on the south side of the Black Sea and on the east side of the Bosporus; opposite Thrace and (Istanbul) on the west side. Admittedly, I'm skeptical about this coin; it looks TOO good. Hope I'm wrong; and if wrong, you have a very valuable coin.
