Cool rock - my mind wouldn't go to dinosaur egg though.
It's a jasper lookin agate to me.
If a old large egg were to be petrified - I wouldn't expect the yolk to be perfectly preserved in its rounded state, suspended within the egg. The yolk would have turned to mush, and fallen to the bottom of the egg.
