I found this during one of my hunts at the fairgrounds. It is copper and as you can see has some sort of decorative stamp. About the size of a dime with 2 straps.

If a ring, any idea of age? If not, what else could it be? Has anyone come across this before?

I would guess from the 70's or 80's, back then a kid could get a metal toy ring like that in a bubble gum machine prize.
