have not posted in a long time

I know I have not posted in a long time. Well, I treasure hunt at yard sales, flea markets, antique shows, 2 coin clubs, coin shows, craigslist, word of mouth trades, and pawn shops.

Either way, one of my favorite ways to get new stuff is to trade stuff that I am able to acquire for stuff that I might not normally come across. Last night I traded a bunch of coins for a nice Indian Artifact (pictured). This morning I hit a yearly flea market. Picked up some interesting stuff for my own collections.

I spotted this brass item and immediately thought "STEAM PUNK". What do you think? Not sure what it is supposed to do. Do you think this has any value to steam punk folks?
