Have you ever had to send your tejon back/----UPDATE

Would like to hear from all those who had to send their tejon back.
What was the problem, and was it taken care of.?
just sent mine in today because of erratic behavior, could not get it to ground balance out right.when I tried to lower the coil the treshhold would die out at 2-3 inches above the ground!!,, no matter where the g-b was turned,,,,oh well.threshold would not stay constant at all.
I took it to my dealer and he could not get it either, so it was not me ,, I have a vaquero, and it should not be any
more difficult to balance than that I would think!!,, any way would like to hear from all that has trouble with this and what was the outcome?
I know they will get it lined out , maybe needs calibrated?

well,our detectors are going to be neighbors for a bit,I sent my tiger shark in today too,seems like the sens pot is stuck high or something,chatters no matter where I set it.

I've never had a problem with my 1yr old Tejon. But through personal experience with Tesoro service and everything I have read, you will be good to go very soon. Keep us posted on the outcome.

As far as Jersey Devil, I hope the get their connector issue squared away soon with theie water detectors, I am relitivly new with Tesoro (1yr) but enjoy them imensey. I have been wanting to get a Tiger Shark, and have been holding on until they get their issue worked out. I wish you luck and in the end, I am sure they will take care of you.

Got mine back today recalibrated and coil retuned,had to take it outside (to much EMI inside) but works like brand new.
