I was disturbing about the landfill where the metropolis surround. Once I read the article from the newspaper or journal which the man recover the medal from old landfill nearby the city of Richmond, VA. He realized that coat was torn out with the 1814 war medal. He found several coins around 1800. We should focus on the old landfill through the rumors and circulation of residents. The old maps will be helpful to pinpoint the landfill.

Whe they were building a county office about 1970, I went to the contructin site with a bunch of other people. It was ok back then to look after the dozers left. We did not have metal detectors. I have a huge tupperware tub of intact 1880-1910 bottles from the site. Go for it.

I never forget that I was a young man to trek through the forest and find many old bottles, silverware, and rusty mechanic equipment which are important to evolve slowly and technologically into the 20th century. Many museums are needed to display important role in the industrial revolution and technology age.

in my area the older roadways became the dump, then when the housing boom came we lost most of it,

Where I live out in the country we burn most of our trash. We have a backhoe come in and dig a pit and we through all of our garbage in it and burn it. I know some of the smaller towns do this as well but most are starting to pay for trash removal from the bigger towns trash service. When I bought my farm There was a pit on the corner of my property that I dug alot of scrap metal out of and found lots of coins suprisingly. Anything really worth anything was to burned to salvage except for scrap.
