went to lad park built by the CCC in the 1930's - was a beautiful day in Iowa today - dug six wheaties 1927, 1927, 1938, 1942, 1951-D, & 1956-D; a nice old brooch/pin; a "Norseman Snuff" tin from C.W. Helme Co., N.Y.; and a Vernon Brewing Co., Calif. bottle opener. HH & Happy Thanksgiving from Hawkeye Jim.

I live near Camp Roosevelt, the first CCC Camp. Can't dig there, it's a National Monument, or something like it.
