When looking at artifacts you run into a lot of fish stories, points that are as long a shoe box, axes that took two people to carry out of the field etc. I got this piece from Pike Co, IL last week and the man said that it was a big celt. I was thinking 8-9- maybe 10 inches. I was off a little. This piece measures 16.7/8 inches long and is 6.25 wide at the bit and weights in at 18 pounds. I just have to find a place to put it now.
