Just spent all of February 2019 using it on Florida Gulf coast. Got it as a backup to a couple of my heavier beach machines. Couple of hunts, packed my trustees away. On the mild mineral shores I hunted it was darn near silent. Adjust the discrimination a tad for iron than start hunting. This 70 year old body was able to hunt a lot longer than usually. Kept the 8" coil on hard sand when available. Scored a 14 K dependent, silver hoop Earring & 444 coins. Had a blast. Conditions were great. Thinking of getting the Under Water Headhunter with 12" Nel coil for next winter.
