Headphones

I just purchased my Deus 2 and really happy with it
i didn’t know it was being shipped with the WSA2 xl headphones
WOULD Have upgraded to puck headphones if I had known
just asked that a quality set of over the head headphones be included , Even bought bone headphones for backup
i google the headphones and it says they are waterproof to 3 meters but don’t see how as they have open slit at top and no water exit I can see
i contacted the dealer and was told not recommended to wear in rain
just wondering if others with these run from the rain
i live in Florida so getting caught in rain or hunting in light rain is common occurrence
Also be sure your machine is shipped with latest update
On website says everything is , almost positive, but received with 6.0
i only have a MacBook Pro so unable to update. Uggggg

You can update with a MacBook Pro...Need Parralles (sp) or VmWare (free) installed to run windows...

Good to know thanks, everything I’ve seen online is people saying they wish you could use a MacBook will look into this

I got the WSA 2 backphones I was afraid the XL would sweat me to death here in FLA

I have those WSA II XL headphones and they're very nice. Comfortable, excellent sound, link up with the remote is flawless. Waterproof to 1 meter....not a dive set of headphones. Keeps out ambient beach noise very well. Folds up conveniently for packing. XP build quality is apparent.
Those attributes are ones I very much appreciate. I can unreservedly recommend them.

On land and in shallow water (antenna installed) I use the WS6, in the deeper water I use the BH-01's. I have bad hearing loss and find them to work well once I found the best place to locate them on the head/face.
