Headshot Requirements

What are the requirements for the final print for headshots. I heard you have to have white borders and the actors name at the bottom. Is this true? What else? How big do the whote borders need to be? Does any other information need to go on the picture? Are there any resources I can look at to find all the details?

Wish I could help you... but I can't really remember. My ex is back out in Los Angeles again doing her modeling & acting... but we're not really on speaking terms. (by my choice)

I believe it was white borders though, color or B&W (depending on what it's fore) and your name & contact info... like a contact number & primary e-mail address. It's been years since I've looked at hers, so it's kinda hard to recall.
