2 cups peanuts(salted or not)
1 cup soy nuts
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons honey
In a food processor, grind peanuts(add small amount at a time),
grind until desired consistency(smooth or crunchy),put in a bowl
grind soy nuts, put in bowl
add olive oil and mix well, then add honey
This is great for health consience and diabetics individuals.
it is also delicious. Keep in fridge to keep from seperating.

I put peanut butter on my chicken too....fry chicken breasts and then put 3/4 cup of peanutbutter in the pan with the chicken drippings and some garlic....makes a nice sauce....

Not hot dogs or ham tho....blahhhhck

Thanks Gypsy, last time I made peanutbutter chicken I just smeared it on the chicken, wrapped it in tinfoil and baked it in the oven.your way sounds much better ! ;)

Thanks again rockhound for the recipe,my Dad is diabetic and apparently loves peanutbutter so I'll pass it along. ;D
