over a week's worth of mild, mid-winter temperatures and otherwise little to none in the way of precipitation had the local shallows running crystal clear (even if bound to a downstream trajectory) wherever stable footing could be had. mind you, cutting it short across and up/over a murky outside bend was good happenstance i suppose:

although i was quite happy to be bee-lining it home already just prior, in due cause:

(got a few more corrupt pics that i gotta retransfer, though has there ever been a case made for drilled--hole stone cigarette holders being a plausible end-use as far as NA lithics go? hehe)
