Howdy T-netters. Mostly a post giving another T-net member some love and appreciation. I got together with my husband and wifey friends and we ploughed through some more corn fields today. The wifey kicked our butts with two newly minted when dropped coins. A 1937 "D" Four legged Buffalo Nickel. Her first one and a 1944 Merc dime. I just received my new USA made Park Ranger treasure pouch the other day and was ready to fill er' up. It's not too difficult while hunting corn fields. Not many fancy finds the last few times out but, plenty of Heavy Metal Iron to stuff into my Park Ranger pouch.
I was questioning whether I made the right choice selecting the Park Ranger over the Pack Mule pouch. I made the correct choice for me. With plenty of room for more trash the pouch was beginning to tug at my trousers pretty seriously. This pouch is heavy duty material and the stitching and craftsmanship look first rate. I believe this pouch will be around for quite a few seasons unlike the former Chinese pouches I was using. I also love the layout for my Lesche & Garrett pinpointer. Gonna' get out into a different field tomorrow where my buddy scored an 1877 Seated Half where an old trading post used to be located. Still looking for my first silver coin with my new Makro Racer 2. Enjoy your Sunday Funday folks. Kurios1
