Heavy metallic cube and ???wtf

Found along with 1870s-1970s Spanish coins or ptas.
Really smooth sides on the cube and, well I'm just stumped as to what the rest of this is.

It could an old die from a pair of dice, they made them out of everything imaginable, clean it very carefully and you may see the numbers, really cool finds
