Hello from Chester County, PA

Hi - I'm a long time lurker (former Coin Roll Hunter) and now 2 week owner of a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV. Just getting my feet wet. I live in Exton, PA.

I know there are other Chester County hunters on here. I'd love to meet up at some point to learn from the more seasoned detectors.

Hey Ace,try looking on You Tube for videos on your Bounty Hunter,try & watch as many as you can,and mabe make a coin garden in your yard,so you know what each kind of coin sounds like.

Well I have some finds, but no real earth shattering finds yet. One thing I found in my hometown tonight (Downingtown, PA) was about a foot deep conglomerate of rocks. It alsost looks 18th century. It definitely was setting off the detector. Do certain rocks have metal ore that could set off the detector?
