Hello from Michigan

Started detecting in 2021.
Been detecting my own property and local sites that I found in old plat maps.
Oldest coin to date is a 1882 Indian cent that I found in my yard.
Besides coins I have found a few interesting relics. Such as a Conestoga bell, brass pocket watch chain, silver plated bracelet and more.
It’s been addicting.
Been trying to get permission to detect my Great Great Great Grandparents farm who immigrated to this country… But no yes yet.
But I have been granted permission at my other ancestors homes but no family heirlooms found.
