I'm happy to have found y'all. I'm from the East Bay, Ca. and have been involved for a few months. I did do some panning years ago 'bout the time that Melones was filling up. I've been up to Mineral Bar and the Bear Creek campground area, and found the Au, with help from the good folks at East Bay Prospectors.
