New to Treasure Net. I have been detecting about 10 years or so. I am located in Northern Illinois and although I have not found one of the "Seven Cities of Gold" I have had a lot of fun detecting. Oldest coin find to date has been an 1864 IH penny that I found in my own yard. Mainly hunt old farms and houses. Have found some really neat and sometimes "odd" stuff. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and swap stories and info on detecting. Good luck to all and HH.
