whats up man, i am also from MO where abouts are you from? i am also fairly new to this, if i where you i just would check all the creeks plowed fields and any other spot that has run offs or an open spots in the ground. i have even found arrowheads in the woods by trees that pushed them out of the ground,. They could be any where welcome and good luck.

Thanks for the welcome folks.....I am in Northeast Missouri and do my rock hunting in Pike and Ralls County primarily. My two best places are not in crop production so all I have is creeks and the occaisional bare hillside.
