please do not rely entirely on scanners and gadgets. why dont you dig on that spot and you will not see anything. japanese are not known to share their secrets. instead , they will encourage you to treasure dig so you will lose a substantial money and give up treasure hunting. if you get bankrupt, there is a big chance you will sell your house and lot.
the rule is the japanese would want to keep the treasure for themselves. if you sell, that is already a good step forward if you have little money. let the japanese get the gold , rather than lose all your savings in treasure hunting. only the jap knows the secret on how to recover it. you could break that secret, but as to how and when and how much money you burn, that is a question that might take a lifetime or beyond to answer.
