HELP! Coin(s) I.D. Needed

They appear to be a 1937 threepence and 1942 sixpence of King George VI of Great Britain. I believe the metal is .500 (50%) silver.

Thanks! Where do you get your coin info? You always seem to be able to nail the coins that people post here...I try my best but often come up short...Again, thanks! Got these from the .50 cent bin at an antique store.
