I can't help with the cobalt blue bottle, but I can tell you about the clear one. It has a screw top, so it was made in the 1910-1920's or so. That bottle has a couple of big seeds in it. (air bubbles) These bottles are called sun bottles, because the glass was made with manganese. It's the exposure to the sun that causes these bottle to turn purple....I have a couple of these in my own collection, and the can get very dark if exposed for a long time. It would help for future reference, to lay a ruler or coins, next to the bottles to get an idea of size. Depending on the size it could be a relish/ketchup bottle, or if it's on the smaller side, it could be something like a worcestershire bottle.

For the cobalt one If you posted a picture of where the seam line ends we could probably get you more accurate info on it, but from what I can see its probably a medicine maybe somewhere around 1920. The one that is turning purple is pre 1915 because manganese was last used in glass making around 1915. Once again if you could post a picture of the seam near the top we could get a more accurate date. Its probably a food product could be olives, pickles, or something else like that.

If the cobalt example is around a couple of inches tall, I'd guess that it contained quinine tablets, and dating to about the same period as the other. I agree with Martin the the later date of around 1915 on the SCA example, and would place the other end at no earlier than 1903 since it is machine made, due to the valve mark on the bottom. Use of manganese as a decolorizing agent ended when we entered WWI since it was needed for the war effort.
