HELP I.D. Ancient coin(?)

Hello everyone...Can anybody I.D. this coin for me? I have had it since boyhood MD'ing w/DAD,Anyway it is 20MM,4.8G. and appears to be made of bronze,As you can see by the pictures it is off center some,I was told this was normal.Being no way WHAT-SO-EVER an expert in this area i leave this in the noteworthy hand's of the TN Crew !!! Any help will be greatly appreciated...HH ALL !!!

yes i id it like roman republic..
