Any help or information on this would be greatly appreciated. Found in Southeast Kansas.

Nice. Could have been used as is when made as a knife or scraper with or they could have eventually reduced it down to a finished known type. Either was a cool stone tool.

I would say large knife as well I don't believe it is a Celt.
