✅ SOLVED Help Identify a Piece of Earthenware from Southern Maryland

We found this piece of earthenware on a beach along Calvert Cliffs in Southern Maryland. Didn't think much of it until we saw the markings on it. May be a long shot at identifying but we thought we might reach out to the forum members for some suggestions. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
