Help Identify These Antiques

I picked these up today but can't identify the markings. The large vase only has numbers. The stickers seem to indicate it was from an estate or in an auction. There is a ton of crazing.

I can make out "Austria" on the little one and a number but I don't recognize the symbols on it.

I'm sure they aren't worth much but I mainly purchased them because I couldn't figure out what they were.
