Help Identify This Brass Key

It appears to be a railroad padlock key, and likely a railroad Switch-lock key. Go here:

The marking "A&W CO" (with part of "CHICAGO" below) is the Adams & Westlake Company.

I can see RY marked on the keyhandle's left, which probably represents Rail Way. The letters on the right are a code for the lock's use. SYS is probably Stock Yard Switch. Codes are here:

Railway Switch Key

Thanks for the help. That confirms the information I received after my post. I emailed the guy at Railroad Collectibles, hopefully he'll have some detailed information on what railway and how old it may be.
