Prob slag, but the inclusions in the light part don't look like bubbles to me.

green obsidian would be my guess

it's slag, and those are indeed bubbles. Obsidian isn't found in Michigan unless it is a Native American artifact, received by trade with another tribe.

Green and blue slag are pretty common in these parts :)
