Hello, theres a couple things goin on wit this find. This is how it was found in the ground 5ft down. That's not concrete holding it together neither it is sand and tiny pepples with comglamerate of misc rocks on the bottom I have 5 or 6 of same rock just w/o the sand being attached.

All I can call it is a conglomerate. The cement is likely whats refered to as calcrete generically. Calcrete is a carbonate material similar to limestone that forms a natural concrete.

It could be conglomerate, if it were not the lime-like mortar IMHO. Could be just that: lime-mortar. Cement is a quite new thing.
Otherwise calcrete.
