Got this rock from an old family member, can't seem to identify it. Could use any help I can get

From what I can tell, it is a white rock sitting on a white background....

The blue rod-like crystals are Kyanite, while the off-white host rock (matrix) is most likely a pegmatite. Here's a similar specimen from online:
