I have no clue what this is.. Using a picture with Google image search, the results are coming back for Viking Axes & other axes.. Would be awesome if that's what it truly is.. But expectations are not high being it's Google 😂

Looks like an evener. Some plows and other implements had on the toungue to adjust pulling alinment

Yes, a depth adjustment bracket of some ilk. Tiller, plow, mower, harrow, rake,etc.

I should have noted that I found this very close by to some railroad tracks.. Either way.., thank you for sharing the information.. I Appreciate it..
