Help identifying bullet please. Enfield possibly?

Found this bullet at an old home site. Everything else I've found dates from 1850's-early 1900's. The gact that it doesn't have any rings is throwing me off so is it modern? It looks like a cleaner bullet though of some sort possibly? Thank you for all your help.

Doesn't quite look like a bullet to me. Is it lead? Also need an exact diameter measurement.

Looks like a modern muzzleloading bullet to me. The small piece on the end is used to hold a plastic sabot.

It's odd for sure. The Enfields I have seen generally have rounded noses.

Honestly it looks like the head was rounded but it looks like it struck something when fired.

Are there any "rings" or grooves around the bullet near the base? If so, it could possibly be a Williams Cleaner missing the base and washers. We definitely need measurements.
