To me, this sure looks like the -0001 thumb doubling, but I thought I'd check with those that might know better, as I know that there are a lot of similar varieties that have been cataloged. Pulled this CRHing. Thanks in advance!

That's worth checking out.. Any word?

It is not a WDDR-0001 but somewhat resembles WDDR-0002 and if it is this Variety, then it is likely an Early Die Stage (State) specimen. I checked the 102 Doubled Die Reverse Varieties listed for the 2009-P "Formative Years" Lincoln Cent on the coppercoins website and as far as I can tell, your' coin does not match any other Variety with the exception of the WDDR-0002. Coneca only lists 66 Varieties but without pics on their' site, it would be very hard to pin down which Variety it is and which it is not! I think that Coneca is behind in updating their' website with new Variety finds which may account for the difference between their' records and coppercoins' records.

Ooooppss! I just noticed that this is nearly a 5 year old Thread. Oh well, if Rich in Houston had not posted to this Thread, then I probably never would have seen the O.P.s question and never would have answered.
