Help identifying sterling silver hallmark

I recently came across this World War II US Navy sweetheart brooch in sterling silver and blue enamel. There's a Hallmark on the back of each piece, and I'm trying to identify it. I believe that it's the hallmark of Joesting Jewelers, but I can't seem to find any documentation on the net. If anybody can identify this for me, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks!
