Help identifying

Hey guys saw this today at the ts and couldn’t tell if it was silver of not. Any ideas.

Nice looking but typically when it reads “made in India”...it’s a safe bet its not sterling or coin silver of any percentage...that being said always look for silver hallmarks or stamps that will help you further research the item...hope this helps
