Your rock is a natural eroded rock, not a artifact.
 

This, what I believe to be an axe but I'm no expert, along with a blade and a point where with the above.

The piece in post #1 is a natural formation. The 1st item in post #3 is a bow tie axe. Not sure about the 2nd item.
 

It's the bottom of the "bowtie axe".
