help iding a pocket knife

i have this pocket knife my mother gave me and i was wondering if any one might know the company the blade has writing on it is says #19a and a q with a crown on top of it but cant quite make out where it is made it looks like usa but there seems to be another letter inbetween u and the s here are a few pictures of it

cool thanks my mom gave it to me before she passed away as a christmas gift. it was all she could afford to give me and she gave my wife her watch. the kids made out like bandits those little turds ,but that knife was like getting a gold bar to me. it is really good and sharp took me two days to get the wave out of the edge it will go in my 50 cal lock box for now. i also took the schrade hunting knife she gave me, it had fake stag slabs on it for handle. i put a really nice antler tine on it for a handle it is on my bed side table .
